Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after purchase.

• During peak seasons or promotions, processing times may be extended.

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery

• Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3-7 business days.

       HATS and HOODIES: Allow 2 to 3 weeks for delivery. 

• Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2-3 business days.

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

 

Free Shipping

• We offer free standard shipping on orders over $50 (U.S. only).

Order Tracking

• Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package’s journey.

Lost or Damaged Packages

• If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@artishandcrafted.com within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Address Changes

• Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If you need to modify your address after placing an order, contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee changes once the order has been processed.
