Refund policy
At Artis Handcrafted, we want you to love your candles as much as we love making them. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns
• We accept returns on unused, unopened candles in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery.
• To initiate a return, please contact us at info@artishandcrafted.com with your order number and reason for return.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Exchanges
• If you received a damaged or defective candle, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the product and packaging. We will gladly send a replacement at no additional cost.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
• Used candles
• Sale or clearance items
• Custom or personalized orders
Refunds
• Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
